COUPLES MASSAGEEnjoy any of our massage services for two in our lovely Couples Villa, side by side. On Britannia add on an exquisite bathing ritual infused with Elemis aromatics, and on Azura add on an ancient Arabian Rasul mud experience. Massages are all available in 50/75/90 minute sessions.

OASIS SPA PASSESUse of the Gym & Health Club, changing rooms, sauna and steam rooms (where available) is complimentary for all passengers. There is a fee to use the Thermal Suite on Arcadia, Azura and Ventura and the Hydrotherapy Suite on Britannia - please see Price List for more details.

OPENING HOURSThe Oasis Spa is open daily from 8.00am through to 8.00pm every day at sea. In port the hours are 8.00am until 10.00pm. The Gym & Health Club is open daily from 8.00am until 8.00pm.

YOUR TREATMENT TIMEPlease arrive at the spa reception at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. If you wish to make use of the Thermal Suite or Hydrotherapy Suite before your treatment, please ensure you leave enough time to dry off.

ONLY BRING WHAT YOU NEEDWhile we have lockers for your personal belongings, we recommend that you leave any valuables in your cabin. The spa cannot accept responsibility for items accidentally left in robe pockets or lockers.

SPA ATTIREYou will be given a robe and slippers to wear for all spa services. A swimming costume is required for the Thermal Suite, Hydrotherapy Suite, saunas and steam rooms (where available).

In the Gym & Health Club, correct fitness attire should be worn, including training shoes for all classes except yoga, meditation and Pilates. For all spa treatments, briefs should be worn, or we will be pleased to provide disposable underwear if preferred.

CANCELLATION NOTICEIn the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice. Your on board account may be charged with 50% of your treatment cost for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

GRATUITYFor your convenience, a 10% gratuity will be added to your bill. Feel free to increase or reduce this amount.

MINIMUM AGETo book in for a spa treatment you must be a minimum of 18 years old. Anyone under 18 can have spa treatments as long as he or she is accompanied by a guardian for the duration of the service.

A number of unaccompanied salon services are available for our younger guests - please ask at the spa reception for more details.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICYWe pride ourselves on enriching the lives of all our guests with premium treatments that nurture wellness on every level. If we fall short of your service expectations, we will offer an alternative service or, if preferred, issue a refund. We welcome all your comments and encourage you to share your treatment experience with the Spa Manager.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICYRefunds are offered for all unopened products when accompanied by a receipt and returned by the end of the cruise. Unopened products without receipts can be exchanged for either services or products. We cannot accept opened or unopened products for refund after the cruise. All exchanges and refunds must take place on board.

SPA AT HOMERelaxation is achieved through daily practice. Your therapist will be happy to recommend a home care regimen to continue your treatment at home.
