Meaning : Structural design includes organisational structure as well as the design of te organisation process of work.though all the organisations are different from each other in their respective fields and types,but there are certain features which are to be taken into cosideration while designing the organisations structure or while changing it.

DOWNSIZINGMeaning:Downsizing or rightsizing theoretically means reducing the size of workforce or increasing it to maintain the employee strength at the most desired level , in reality , rightsizing means downsizing the employee strength through planned elimination of jobs.
