OCAI Online’s history:• We provide the OCAI tool online since 2007
(Netherlands) and 2009 (worldwide).
• As a consultancy firm we found the OCAI to be a great starting point for change.
• We have developed the change process after doing the OCAI survey and made our experience available in our work kits and book.
• OCAI is now available in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Chinese. Arabic will follow.
