It is difficult to believe that leaves are dropping and that summeris officially over. Let’s hope for a long beautiful fall, full of color, and a short mild winter to follow. As the seasons change, we
become pre-occupied with fall sports, school and our children’sextracurricular activities. The board wishes everyone to enjoy a goodschool year and good luck with all their fall endeavors.
With the need for fall cleanup, we can be thankful that Naperville hasbulk curbside leaf collection. When raking your leaves to the curb, pleasekeep them in a narrow column minimizing road obstruction. Also, makesure to keep storm drains clean from leaves and other debris that maypotentially flood our streets and property. Please check the storm drainsin front of your home and give them a quick clean up as needed. Thissimple maintenance should be performed year long. Also, when mowingyour lawn, please clean all grass clippings and yard waste from yoursidewalk and the street in front of your home.
River Run is a beautiful community with tremendous curbsideappeal. A little fall pruning helps maintain our beauty, desirability andproperty values. If you have any dead trees or bushes, please have themremoved. Remember the bulk curbside pick-up is meant for leaves andnot for sticks or tree branches. Sticks and tree branches will be collectedcurbside in the spring. Naperville has three two-week cycles of leafcollection. The first two-week cycle begins October 17. The second beginsthe week of October 31. The final two-week cycle will begin onNovember 14. Do not continue to rake leaves into the street after the thirdleaf collection. At that time leaves must be bagged and placed withFriday’s yard waste collection. Please do not place leaves in the streetafter the third collection so that they can be snow plowed onto yourneighbor’s yard after the first measurable snow fall.
Always review Architectural guidelines and complete an ARC formwhich can be found in this newsletter before beginning any outdoorprojects. Fines are implemented for any work not in compliance withRiver Run architectural guidelines and for work started before an ARCform is completed and approved. Not complying with the River Runarchitectural guidelines and/or procedures can be costly.
All are invited to attend the next River Run Homeowners AssociationBoard meeting on October 10 at the River Run Clubhouse, beginning at6:30 pm.

Lady Elaine | 7Y 1M | Domestic Shorthair | FemaleI'm Lady Elaine! It's a regal name for an elegant girl like me. I'm pretty easygoing and will do best in a nicequiet home where I can relax and find a comfortable spot to nap. While I'm not necessarily a lap cat, I doenjoy being next to my human. When I'm not napping I enjoy playing with feathers, wand toys, and ofcourse catnip! I may be okay with another cat but I don't know how I'd do with a dog. I will add a touch ofelegance to any home I go in!
Flea | 4Y 1M | Chihuahua/Terrior Mix | MaleDon't let my size fool you, I'm a little guy full of energy! I love to play, I love to jump, and I love to run! WhileI might seem aloof when you first meet me, but it's only because I'm too busy sniffing everything. Once Imake sure there's no food on the floor, I'll come say and might just jump in your lap! If there is going to beanother dog in my new home I do ask that they be on the smaller side, big dogs scare me. I might be able tolive with a cat and children should be at least 8 years old. If you're ready for an energetic, fun-loving guy, stop by soon and ask to see me!

Jeff Stainer is by far the best realtor I have ever comeacross. I read the other gushing reviews of Jeff hereon Zillow, and my wife and I feel exactly the sameway. He knows the local market very well and Icould not imagine a more responsive agent. Healmost always answers calls, and in the very rareinstances when he can't, he returns the call withinthe hour. Sometimes, I wonder if the man eversleeps. He truly does work HARD to get your homesold at a good price. There were several times whenmy wife and I wanted to reduce our asking price, but amazingly, Jeff convinced us not to, forsakingan easier selling opportunity. He does what is bestfor his clients, not himself. Believe it or not, I'veactually told him that he is working too hard for hisclients. Along with being a great and veryprofessional real-estate agent, he is just a nicehuman being. He instantly becomes a part of thefamily. As happy as we are to have sold our home,we are going to miss working with Jeff. You will notever regret choosing Jeff to represent you.Bala and Alamu R., Naperville
I don't think I've met a person who has workedharder than Jeff did on helping us buying our familyhome. We were referred to Jeff by a friend and afterplacing our first phone call to him, he was over atour townhouse within 24 hours for our initialmeeting. Jeff treated us like old friends though wehad not met him and we knew right away we werein good hands. Jeff worked around the clock for usand always responded to any phone call, email ortext we had within an hour. Most often he wasreaching out to us first so we were never behind inwhat was going on. Our purchase was not an easyone (issues not relating to realtor), but Jeff handledthem with flying colors. He wouldn't take no for ananswer if we came across a roadblock and did notgive up until we got what we wanted. There is noquestion in my mind that we would not have gottenthe house we did if it were not for Jeff. I cannot sayenough good things about him. My spouse and I areso pleased and grateful for Jeff! His work ethic isincomparable.Jim and Katie C., Naperville

putting together my opening newsletter to kick-off the 2016summer season, and here we are, getting ready to move intothe fall season. The last few weeks of summer were trulyspectacular as we had club events such as the Dive- In Movie,White Party and Labor Day weekend.

Why not bring a friend or relative so they can enjoy anenjoyable fall event. Reservations are required, so pleasecontact the Clubhouse to confirm your seat at the event.
Next on the agenda will be the 2nd Annual River RunTailgate Party on Sunday, October 16th when the ChicagoBears take on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
