est Sligh as GM, have sponsored this Award
Program for years. They continue to support
this Program, in that, the Monthly Winner is
Authorized to reduce their Ground Rent for
the upcoming Month by $100.00!! Not many
Property Owners will support such a Program.
Therefore, this fall season begin (or continue)
to make our Property look good. By next
Spring season, let’s spruce up our Property to

...Every calendar year our SHCA (Sleepy Hollow Community Association), begin our push to increase our Membership. A Campaign for our Residents to assist them in joining our Association and “to be United Together”, so that our quiet little Community stays just that, with minimal impact from outside visitors. Our Community is being surrounded with an increase in building of Homes. Soon, Campbell Blvd. will be extended to Route 43 and traffic will increase many fold. The extension to Philadelphia Road from Pulaski Hwy. will shortly follow. Expected completion date for all Road extensions is Fall 2019.

...SHCA to Pay Tribute to all Veterans of our Armed Forces that reside in our Community of Sleepy Hollow.
...Any Veteran, or if you are aware of your neigh-bor being a Veteran of our Armed Forces, please contact SHCA President Joe McGeeney (cell: 443-610-0935). Attempts will be made to identify our Veterans residing in Sleepy Hollow, by roaming the community and knocking on doors. Your help in this important Mission is greatly appreciated.
