They are particularly welt suited for metal finishing applications, which include providing flow through eductors and filters and for transferring chemicals in on-site waste treatment plants. The sealless design eliminates sea[ failures, improves reliability and lowers cost of ownership. Pumps are avail- able in polypropylene, PVDF, and ETfE-lined ductile iron construction. Many can run dry for 24 hours when equipped with a carbon bushing. Horsepower ranges from 1/8 to 20.
