RESPONSIBILITIES
• General office management
• Assist in the organization and managing of EU trade shows and follow up with trade show leads
• Assist with monthly expense tracking
• Reach out to potential customers after information requests
• Assist with initial customer support requests and follow up with our Cleveland, OH and Beijing support teams, if necessary
• Provide licensing details to customers and distributors
• Manage customer communication in our internal database
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have completed a professional or academic bachelor’s degree
• Highly-organized and the ability to multitask
• Ability to handle highly-confidential information with discretion
• Ability to fulfill responsibilities in a reliable manner
• Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid computer knowledge: email, internet, Google Suite, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Curiosity and feel for autonomy in an ever-adapting environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (communication skills in French are preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
