A call into the system from a MOBEX phone is normally authenticated by the “master stations” number and station passcode (MMC101), similar to a DISA call.
If in MENU 2.1.5 <Auth by CLI> is enabled, the user will be automatically authenticated assuming the CLI matches that of the user in MENU 2.7.5
<BLF by CLI> enables a DS + MOBEX station number to show BLF status

OS Connect user calls DDI number that is mapped to MOBEX feature code

DTMF for feature codes
Notes & Restrictions
1. The trunk group assignment in MENU 2.7.5 is restricted to ISDN or SIP trunks only
Where SIP trunks are assigned DTMF cannot be sent from the SIP trunk provider for exec features. Further development of version 4.40 software will allow this functionality
Only Standard MOBEX features are supported where SIP trunks are used due to DTMF restriction
2. MOBEX DTMF functionality demands greater DTMF decoders on the system OS7030 has 4 MOBEX DTFM decoders built in
OS7100 has 8 MOBEX DTMF decoders built in
OS7200 and OS7400 require extra hardware to provide the DTMF decoders. This hardware is the OAS card
o The OfficeServ Application Server provides 16, 32 or 64 decoders, The number available is dependant on the number of timeslots on the systems backplane. OS7400 base cabinet = 64, OS7400 expansion and OS7200 slots 3, 4 and 5 = 32, all other slots = 16
3. There is one Executive license with every OS7000 system in default. Any extra Executive users require licensing at the set cost
