For the initial orders only, all labels are ordered from Avery Dennison. The contact is Alina Liu and she can be e-mailed at [email protected]. Delivery is approximately 2 weeks and the prices are FOB Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. To order “Size” and “Country of Origin” labels, communicate the country and sizes needed. There is no label number for either of these.

RETAIL TICKET PLACEMENT cont’d

Retail and/or vendor logo hang tags must be injected securely to the garment following the placement directives listed above:

• Use 2” clear injectors for children’s garments • Use 3” clear injectors for adult garments • Use 5” clear injectors for all turtlenecks • Retail price tags must face up on any folded garment being placed in a poly bag. • Price tickets use paper quality as DMC. Please ensure that the perforation on the ticket does not disturb the UPC code.

• Price ticket size is 1 ½” X 2 ¾” • Do not use safety pins • Place extra buttons in a small poly bag and inject it to the garment along with the hang tags

• Price Tickets MUST be visible through poly bag for all order types

Tickets for Apparel Sets:

• When ticketing sets of multiple apparel items, the main retail tag should state “2 PC Set” or “3 PC Set”

• Place the price ticket on the top item of the set (i.e. shirt, jacket, vest, swimwear, sleep gown or robe).

• Additional tickets are required on the second and/or third piece garment of the set that states:

o 2 PC or 3 PC Set o Color o Label Name o Style Number o Size o NO BAR CODE AND NO RETAIL

� Note: $0.00 is NOT permitted on the additional ticket.

If the buyer has specified a marketing hangtag for orders a 3” barb must be used. OH BABY PACKAGING INFO

There are three (3) types of orders/packaging for Oh Baby.

1. Store Orders are flat packed on hangers and may be pre-packed or solid/color solid size, depending on if it is a store order or a bulk order. If needed, as in the case of beaded garments, cardboard may be placed between each pre-pack or bundle.

2. E-Commerce orders for internet orders are shipped flat pack, solid color, and solid size with each item in an individual poly bagged without hangers. Each bag must have a small gum price label placed in the center of the front side of the poly bag. They may be ordered from Avery Dennison or your own local

supplier. Avery Dennison’s style is KOH-9099-GN. If you order from a local supplier it must be submitted to the vendor relations manager at DMC for approval. Retail price hang tag is still required for the garment inside of the bag. Please see below chart for additional details.

*IF ORDERS ARE WRITTEN AS E-COMMERCE ORDERS (SOLID COLOR SOLID SIZE), EACH ITEM IS IN ITS OWN POLY BAG AND NO HANGER. THE BAG MUST BE SEALED. DO NOT USE RUBBER BANDS ON E-COMMERCE ORDERS.

POLY BAGS DO NOT NEED TO BE PERFORATED FOR E-COMMERCE ORDERS.

3. PRE-PACKS- orders by store (flat pack on hangers). USE ONE MASTER POLY BAG PER PRE-PACK. THE MASTER POLY BAGS SHOULD NOT BE RUBBER BANDED OR TIED TOGETHER; RUBBER BANDS AND TIES HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED AND MAY NOT BE USED ON ANY PURCHASE ORDER. THE CARTON WILL CONTAIN UNITS IN PRE-PAK RATIO BUT POLY BAG WILL NOT BE RUBBER BANDED OR TIED TOGETHER. PLEASE SEE PAGE 19 FOR HOW TO PACK A PRE-PACK.

OH BABY POLYBAG INFORMATION

° Poly bag should weigh from 0.00075 to .00125 inches, made of polyethylene and have a perforated shoulder.

° For hanging garments, please refer to page 17. Folded E-Commerce garments DO NOT require a center

perforation on poly bag. ° No pins, clips, tiebacks or chipboard are allowed. ° Poly bag wording: Please follow suggested wording on page 20. ° Poly bag should be sized to accommodate hangers where applicable. ° Poly bags must be sealed. If it is a shipment on hangers, the bottom of the poly bag should be sealed so

that the garments are completely protected.

OH BABY HANGER INFORMATION

° All hangers are to be ordered in BLACK (POLYPROPYLENE or POLYSTYRENE) matte color with the exception of:

° Sleep set with baby apparel attached i.e. baby onsie: The onsie is shipped on clear hanger. ° Intimates: are shipped on clear hangers

° Both hangers can be purchased from ALLIANCE, MAINETTE, SSI, VISCONTI or RANDY and these hangers are guaranteed to fit the MAINETTI SIZER. Although Kohl’s has other nominated hanger suppliers, these suppliers have not contracted to make hangers to fit the Mainetti Sizer.

° If outerwear or sweaters are shipped on hangers, they must be ordered from Mainetti. ° Please see below (pgs. 22-25) for hanger description and photos.

OH BABY CROWN SIZER INFORMATION

Kohl’s requires that all hangers have crown sizers.

• Baby Onsie DOES NOT get the crown sizer. Only the adult piece that is paired with the onsie will have the sizer.

• Crown sizers must be ordered from Mainetti. (Please see pgs 22-25 for list of contacts). • Style Number for 4-Sided Crown Sizer: CS1Q • Price is $1.50 per hundred

OH BABY FOLDING INFORMATION FOR PANTS – GOH FLAT

PACK OR FLAT PACK OH BABY FOLDING INFORMATION FOR FLAT PACK TOPS – EXCLUDING SWEATERS AND FLEECE TOPS Garment size after folding will be 9” W x 12” L Step 1: Lay top face down on a flat surface. Step 2: Center a board/template over the top

Step 3: Fold left side over so that the sleeve meets the right edge of the garment. Step 4: Repeat step 3 with the other side of the garment. Step 5: Fold bottom of garment up to required fold size of 9” wide x 12” long (template s/b smaller). Step 6: Turn garment over, place in poly bag.

OH BABY CARTON REQUIREMENTS

The most important thing to remember in packing cartons is do not over-pack, as hangers will break. Do not under-pack the cartons as merchandise will shift in transit and will not be presentable for immediate placement on floor. The following is the SUGGESTED number of pre-packs, per master carton, by product. This can also be used as a guideline for the solid color and solid size carton quantities, per master carton. NO SHORTAGES ARE ALLOWED. A MAXIMUM OF 3% OVERAGE IS ALLOWED, BUT IF ITEM IS A PRE-PACK THE OVERAGE MUST BE COMPLETED PRE-PACKS. ALL QUANTITY VARIANCES MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE SHIPMENT. ANY CANCELLATIONS OR SHORTAGES GREATER THAN 3% WILL GENERATE A CHARGEBACK OF 50% OF THE FOB COST FOR THE PIECES/PRE-PACKS MISSING (OR 50% OF THE LDP COST, DEPENDING ON THE TERMS OF THE ORDER). ANY OVERAGES, GREATER THAN 3%, NOT APPROVED IN ADVANCE OF SHIPMENT, WILL RESULT IN NON-PAYMENT.

o Carton walls must be double wall and burst strength must be 250 pounds on all cartons.

o Cartons must have minimum edge crush (ECT) 45. Cartons must be labeled with their ECT and/or bursting strength certification.

o Carton size for tops, dresses is 18” W x 20” L x 11” H. (minimum 3” height is allowed) o Carton size for bottoms is 13” W x 20” L x 11” H. (minimum 3” height is allowed) o Carton maximum weight is 40 lbs. on all cartons. o Carton strapping is not allowed.

o PRE-PACK CARTONS o Carton walls must be double wall and burst strength must be 250 pounds on all cartons. o Cartons must have minimum edge crush (ECT) 45. Cartons must be labeled with their ECT and/or
