Storage Solutions
Manufactured with state-of-the-art welding systems, our 5 – 1,000 bbl steel tanks meet UL, STI and API 12F standards for the storage of crude petroleum and other production liquids.

Frac Tanks
Fiberglass Tanks
Our vertical and horizontal frac tanks store water used in the down hole fracturing process to extract oil or gas from shale or other permeable formations. We manufacture skidded frac tanks in 100, 200, 250 and 300 bbl sizes.
Utilizing a modern, automated filament winding process in accordance with API 12P standards, Worthington Industries fiberglass tanks offer four layers of protection against corrosion and UV rays for proven durability and come in the following options:
• Vertical Flat Bottom• Vertical Leg• Horizontal
Stairways and Walkways
In addition to steel and fiberglass tanks, we supply stairways, walkways and platforms manufactured to OSHA requirements as needed.
Field Installation
At Worthington Industries, we maintain a company-owned fleet of trucks with hydraulic booms and mobile cranes. Our turnkey installation, startup, commissioning and operation services maximize spud-to-spud efficiency by ensuring rapid delivery and proficient on-site tank set up.
Gas Production Units
Separation Equipment
Our custom two and three-phase separation units have the ability to flow up to 12 MMCF per day and range from 500 – 1440 MAWP.
Separators and Sand Traps
Since 1909, our gas and oil separators have proven themselves in service. Available in a range of custom sizes and configurations, they offer cost-effective solutions for greater well production.
Gun Barrels
Used for atmospheric oil and water separation, gun barrels are ideal for working conditions where no heat is required for separation.
Vertical and Horizontal Heater Treaters
Manufactured to ASME requirements, our vertical and horizontal heater treaters are used for gas, water and oil separation when low pressure and high fluid volumeare required.
Additional Well Head Equipment
We consult with our customers to help identify the most appropriate processing and treatment solutions for regional conditions. Additional equipment capabilities include, but are not limited to:
