REPOET OF LINE CUTTING, SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS
The purpose of the survey was t o obtain a preliminary
indication of values pr ior t o launching more extensive sampling,
and t o determine i f geochemical methods would y i e ld consistent values.'
The survey included the running of four l i n e s a t in t e rva l s of
100 meters with geochemical sampling every 100 meters. The samples
were taken from the 'B' horizon. Generally the t e r r a in i s covered
with a layer of lava ash of approximately 10 - 20 cm. in depth.

The values obtained f o r the samples a r e shown on t h e attached _.
map. Analyses varied between 0.6 - 1.0 ppm Ag and 8 - 16 ppm Cu.
The samples were analyzed by General Testing Laboratories i n Vanoouver.
(Sample No E6884).
The mesh s i z e of t he samples used was i n the -80 mesh range.
INTERPREPATION
A sample of t h i s l imited scope cannot be expected t o ind ica te

CONCLUSIONS
It is feas ib l e t o use geochemical sampling for s i l v e r and
copper analysie i n the locat ion of t he Kangaroo claim, on t h e
moderately eloping h i l l s i d e area. Sampling must be carefully
controlled t o ensure tha t the t h i n IBl horizon i e used i n a l l areas.
It would be beneficial t o expand the area sampled t o include the
balance of t he claim.
