On our climbing-adventure this year from 7th-18th of March 2018 we (Stefan Brunner, Martin Gumpold and me) experienced the

worst weather I ever had in Patagonia. Hard rain & winds prevented us from being successful on our projects in the Marconi-

valley. I have never stayed that often in a hostel in El Chalten - 7 out of 11 nights we slept under a solid roof - normally it is the

opposite way round.

Anyway we used the two days with a better weather-window to the full (approximately two times18hour-days), climbed two of the

smaller peaks, had great days and brought home a lot of unforgettable experiences.
