Typically an immersive 3-D experience, the ON24 Virtual Sales Enablement Center can be designed to mimic any desired learning workflow, leading users on a simple intuitive path through the required coursework. Optimized Mobile Views

The ON24 Virtual Sales Enablement Center is completely accessible on tablets and mobile phones – providing anytime, anywhere access. With respect to mobile, the ON24 virtual solutions offer a number of unique capabilities, including:

“Out of the box” support

The virtual environment can be displayed on tablets and mobile phones without any special development or customizations. When the mobile device is detected, an HTML5 version of the user interface is displayed.

Optimized views

As shown below, the ON24 platform optimizes the view for each mobile device’s form factor. On tablets, the full graphical view is displayed, whereas a content-specific view is shown on a phone’s smaller form factor.

No apps required

Consistent with ON24’s “no download” philosophy, the ON24 virtual platform only requires standard browsers on tablets and mobile phones. Mobile apps are not needed to access the ON24 platform.

LMS Integration

The ON24 Virtual Sales Enablement Center has the ability to launch training content from learning management systems (LMS) and other enterprise content management systems. This allows the virtual environment and LMS platform to work together as complementary systems.

When used together (as illustrated below), the LMS platform focuses on the training administrative functions, such as course setup, completion tracking, assessments, manager notifications, etc. The virtual sales enablement center is responsible for the user interface – providing an engaging learning experience, presenting courses clearly to learners, and providing opportunities for virtual mentoring, social networking and more.

Comprehensive Reporting & Analytics

The ON24 Virtual Sales Enablement Center includes two types of real-time reports –Environment Reports and Departmental Reports. These are described in more detail in the following sections.

Environment Reports

These real-time reports are designed for virtual environment administrators to view summary activity and detailed learner information. The summary results include metrics such as the number of users, users by locations, and number of chat discussions. Detailed user reports include information such as each employee’s profile, number of training content and webcasts viewed, and whether or not the user visited a particular training center.

Departmental Reports

These reports are designed for department managers. Like the Environment Reports, the Departmental Reports include a summary section and detailed user information. The information in the Departmental Report, however, is specific to users that visited that department’s training center. That is, a person will only appear in the Departmental Report if he/she visited the department’s training center or viewed the department’s training content.

Gamification

The ON24 Virtual Sales Enablement Center includes a comprehensive set of gamification features, as described in the following sections.

Points & Activities

ON24’s “points & activities” feature enables companies to foster competition, drive particular actions, and encourage repeat viewing. Point values can be assigned to activities such as watching a webcast, viewing a document, visiting a location or booth, taking part in a chat, etc. When a person completes an activity, they acquire the associated points.

Leaderboards & Badges

The ON24 Leaderboard feature displays the number of points accumulated and the ranking of each person in the Top 50. The total points are based on the number and type of activities that a person completes.

Additionally, badges can be assigned to specific point levels. Learners “earn” badges by completing the sufficient number of activities to achieve the specified point levels.

The activities / points functionality can also be presented in a “game board,” such as Jeopardy (see below), a trivia game, or a scavenger hunt.
