Getting Started OneStop URL: https://onestop.symplicity.com

Creating an Account To create an account, click the “Sign Up” button to submit registration information.

If you are unsure if you have an existing account, go to the “returning user” tab and click the Forgot Password link. A new password will be sent if the account is found. If the account is not found, please go to the “new user” tab to begin creating an account. To register, complete a two-step form. First enter your personal information, and then on the second form, enter your firm information. Complete each field, noting that fields with a red asterisks (*) are required to submit the registration. After you complete your registration, you will be prompted to check your email. All new users are required to verify their email by clicking the link indicated in the Welcome Email message. NOTE: New accounts created through this registration flow are “Jobs Only” accounts. To upgrade your account to the Enterprise Level Account, go to “My Account” | “Subscriptions”.

Logging In To log in to OneStop (https://onestop.symplicity.com), click the “Sign In” button and enter your username (email) and password.

Homepage The homepage displays announcements, recent posting activity and event information.

OneStop Top Navigation Use the navigation bar to easily jump to a specific area. The current location will be highlighted. Click on the main menu items: Home, Job, Schools, Sourcing, Recruiting, and Campus Events Home The homepage displays announcements, recent posting activity and event information. Jobs The Jobs section displays current and archived job postings. Click the “Post a Job” button to begin entering a new posting. This section also includes a list of Job Applicants and the ability to create PDF resume packets for download. Schools The Schools section lists the CSM schools and allows for exploration of targets based on different criteria. Sourcing The Sourcing navigation contains Global Search, Resume Books and Publications. Global Search allows you to search and communicate with students and recent grads across the OneStop network of schools. The sub-navigation “resume books” allows users to explore specific resume books at a target school. With this feature, you can use search tools to find the ideal candidates. Publications allows you to view your pdf publications of Sourcing candidates.

Recruiting Recruiting allows recruiters to manage interview schedules for on campus interviews at their targeted schools. View all the schedule details, applicants, and interview information. This feature is part of our advanced recruiting accounts. Users can upgrade to an Enterprise Recruiter account to access this navigation. Campus Events Career Fairs at all CSM schools are listed for all users under this navigation. Once connected to schools, users can also manage their information sessions at their target schools.

Multi-School Job Postings

Viewing posted jobs The Jobs section lists your current and draft job postings. Use the appropriate sub-tab and search filters to narrow down the list of jobs. Select the job title to view the job details. Hover and select [Cancel Posting] to close an active job. You can copy a canceled job from your job posting archives to reuse it at a later date. No refund will be given for early cancellation of a posting. Posting a new job To post a new job (or to copy an archived, canceled, or existing job to a new job) select the Jobs List in the Jobs main menu. Click the “Post a Job” button. There is a four step job posting wizard that takes the user through a step by step process from entering the job information, to selecting the schools, previewing the posting, and proceeding with payment. Step 1 is entering the job information. If you are copying an existing job, use the Copy Existing Job dropdown menu to select the job title to copy. If you have no prior jobs, you will not see this option. Enter (or edit) information in the fields of the job form. Fields with a red asterisk (*) are required.

Choose what documents are needed in order for applicants to apply. All applications will include a resume document. Choose how you would like to receive job applications. Applicants will apply through their Symplicity system when accumulate online is selected. If collecting online, you can also request that copies be sent via email. Alternatively, you can request application via an external website. OneStop jobs are designed to post for 30 days and are subject to school approval. Because some schools can take a few days to review a posting, the system adds a 7 day grace period to the default 30 day window. So as posted, the system sets a "37" day posting window for the job. A 15 day extension can be purchased on step 4 if a longer posting window is desired. Jobs can be closed at any time from the job list. Note that once you have completed the Step 1 Job Description form, the job will be saved as a DRAFT job and can be edited further as needed prior to posting. You will see the job on your Draft jobs list. Step 2 is to select the schools where the job should be posted. Click the Select button and the total number of schools and cost will appear at the top of the page. Use the search filters on the left hand side to find schools that best target the type of applicants you are seeking, such as location and school type. You can target any school listed for the job, but please recognize that different postings are probably best suited for different schools. If for instance you wish to recruit MBAs, you might use the “MBA” network filter to target MBA programs. There is also a network filter to allow you to target Law Schools. Use the [Select All] box to select an entire network, or click the boxes next to individual schools. Choose a different network to add schools from a different network.

As you select schools, the total number you have selected will show at the top of the selection window. This number will update as you add schools. When you have finished selecting your schools, select [Continue]. On Step 3, you can add an “enhanced profile” to your job posting. If this feature is purchased, the job will display additional information about your firm and why a candidate should consider applying for this job. To add the feature, check the box “Yes, include the ‘Why this Company?’ tab on the posting for $50.00.” Once selected, the form will update to show the fields that are added. Data will pull from your employer profile if you have data saved there already for the fields. If you need to add data, click the “edit” button. You can add the following data:

• Job Banner Image – The suggested size for a banner is 954px x 160px. • Text Field to promote the job and / or the company. Data will be prefilled with your firm’s

company description. Text can be edited specifically for the job. • YouTube video • Twitter feed • Facebook • Company URL

Save your profile changes and hit “continue” to move forward with the posting. If you do not want to add the feature, just hit “continue.”

Review Your Order The next step of the posting process gives you the opportunity to review your order and add additional features. The screen lists the schools to which this job will be sent. You can add more schools by clicking the “back” button. There is a feature to “refresh” the job on selected dates. This add-on feature updates the posting date on the date selected (e.g., on the 16th day of the posting), and the job will be found more readily (on those subsequent dates) by students searching for jobs based on job post date. If you need to make changes to your posting, click the “back” key. When you are satisfied with your posting select “Add To Cart”.

Paying for your posting After you have added your job to your cart, you can post another job before checking out, or proceed directly to “check out”. At check out, enter a form of payment (credit card or job pack credit). If you have a credit card on file already, you can just select that payment form and proceed. If entering a new card, enter your credit card information into the boxes on the form. When you are finished select “Place Your Order”. Once a job posting is paid with a credit card, charges are NOT refundable. You will be charged for any job posting that goes online or any portion thereof. Refunds are not given for early cancellation of a posting. Schools have 7 days to review, approve or reject a posting. During the 7-day approval period, if any schools decline the posting, contact OneStop Support to re-target your posting. At the end of the 7-day approval period, if a job posting has 5 or more target schools and is declined by one or multiple schools, a refund will be issued in the form of a job credit for the total amount of rejected schools. The maximum number of schools that can be targeted using a courtesy credit issued will be 20 schools. The job credit will be added to your account on the 8th day of the posting. The credit will be valid for 30 days after the date of issue and may be used on a new job posting only. Job add-ons are not included in the credit. If a job posting is declined by a school or schools and the number of target schools then falls into a lower flat rate, contact OneStop Support and we can assist you. If the total number of target schools is less than 4 and is declined by a school in the first 7 days, you may contact support to re-target or request a refund. OneStop by Symplicity is not responsible for job postings that contain misspelled words, typographical errors, or garbled text, and does not offer refunds on these grounds.

Editing Job Postings To edit an active job posting, log in to your OneStop account and click on Jobs in the navigation bar. Under the Job List tab, click on the job title of the position you wish to edit. Select “Edit Job Details”. Make the desired edits and then select “Submit Changes”. Your edits will be sent out to all your target schools. *Note - Many schools have the ability to accept or reject changes to employer job postings. Most of the schools will automatically accept these changes; however, employers can contact the school directly should a question arise regarding changes that have not been processed at that specific school.

Applications On the posted jobs list, jobs that have received applications will be marked with the number of applications received. The Applications sub-tab under a posted job will list student applications for the job.

You can look at all applications (across jobs) via the Job > Applications main navigation. In either place, you will only see applications collected via OneStop (not any external mechanisms). Managing Applicants From the applicants list, you can update the status of the job applicants. Through batch options, you can then send emails to applicants with shared statuses, save part of the list or the entire list of applicants to Excel, or generate a packet of PDF resumes to upload into an Applicant Tracking System or share with colleagues. Downloading resumes To download resumes into a packet, use the checkboxes to select the names of students whose resumes should be added to the packet. Select Batch Options > Generate Packet. On the screen, enter a name for the resume packet, and select the document types to include in the packet. Select “Submit Request”. Your resume book will be compiled and available under Jobs > Resume Packets once completed. Watch for a notification of completion in your top navigation bar.

Research Schools The Schools navigation allows for exploration of potential target institutions for college recruiting and for registration for an account with individual schools. Filter the school list by various available search criteria. School connections allow you to have additional access in your OneStop account to features at those schools including Resume Books, Recruiting and Career Fairs. The schools have to grant that access and once it's granted or denied you receive an email with their final decisions. If you do not already have any School Connection, while reviewing a school record, you will see an option to “Add To My Schools”.

Sourcing Global Search allows you to search and communicate with students and recent grads across the OneStop network of schools. How does it work? It's simple. You tell us the type of students you want to recruit and we provide the results. Once you find a candidate of interest, you can unlock them to view their profiles and send them messages. Unlocks for each subscription must be used during the term of the subscription. Unlocks do not carry over and no refunds will be issued for unused unlocks. Students may opt in or out of Global Search at any time. Once a student is unlocked, no refunds will be issued. With a FREE Global Search plan, you can search candidates and unlock up to three candidates per month. If you need more than three unlocks, subscriptions are available. To view Global Search Candidates: hover over the "Sourcing" tab, select "Global Search", utilize the filters to refine your search, click on Student name and "Unlock" to view complete profile and resume.

To download resumes into a packet, click the “Unlocked Candidate” tab, use the checkboxes to select the names of students whose resumes should be added to the packet. Select Generate Packet. On the screen, enter a name for the resume packet, and select the document types to include in the packet. Select “Submit Request”. Your resume book will be compiled and available under Sourcing > Publications once completed. The Resume Book tab under Sourcing presents the resume books from the schools where you have a connection and have the needed resume book user rights. If you open a resume book from this list, the system will open the resume book for you on the school system that hosts the book.

Recruiting This navigation allows you to manage your recruiting schedules at your targeted schools. If you recruit Law School candidates, you will see a specific OCI tab under each main recruiting navigation. For all others, the focus will be on OCR under each navigation. With this feature, the user can make schedule requests, and manage schedules, applicants and interviews. Campus Events Career Fairs at all CSM schools are listed for all users under this navigation. Users that are connected to schools can also manage their information sessions at their target schools. Where you have a connected school, you will see a “register” button for fairs that are accepting registrations. For fairs at schools where you are not subscribed, you will see the option to go to the “public home page” for the fair. As a fair is opened, the user is taken to the CSM system.

On the “Information Sessions” navigation under Campus Events, you will see your active information sessions at your subscribed schools listed. Click “request a new information session” to request a new session at one of your target schools. As an information session is opened, the user is taken to the CSM system.

Account Management Click on your name in the upper right navigation bar to manage your account. Here you can manage your personal and corporate profiles. You can manage your personal profile data under “My Account” or you can manage your employer profile under “Employer Profile”. My Profile

You may update your personal information from the “My Profile” drop-down menu. To update your email address, you will need to enter the new email address in the Email Address field under the “My Profile”, and click “update profile.” *Note –If you receive an error message stating “This email already exists in the system. Please select a new one”, this indicates that an account with that email address already exists in the system and you cannot create a duplicate account with the same email address. If you would still like to use this email address, log off and return to the login page, https://onestop.symplicity.com, and use the “forgot password” tool to reset the password for that account. After you change your email, an email will be sent to the new email address for verification. In order to fully process the email change request, you MUST open this email and click on the verification URL inside. Only after this step is completed, is an email change request sent to all schools that have a record of your account. Until you receive a final email indicating the change request was complete, you must login with your old email address.

Employer Profile If you make changes to your employer profile, you can send the updated profile to schools where you are recruiting by clicking the “Updates And Send To My Schools” option. The “Update Profile” option saves the changes only to your OneStop system profile.

My Account Under “My Account”, you can manage your account subscriptions, review your purchase history, manage payment methods, review available job packs, and manage your password. Subscriptions and School Connections Global Search Subscriptions and School Connections may be managed in My Account. Users can go to My Account > Subscriptions to purchase or change a subscription service. Note, for account subscriptions, even if the subscription is free, you are required to maintain a default “payment method” for subscription renewals. If you have an existing subscription and would like to upgrade your account, you can do so under this navigation as well. You can purchase:

• Global Search – allows you to search and communicate with students and recent grads across the OneStop network of schools.

• Campus Recruiter Account (Free) – Feature allows for access to the following navigations to manage campus recruiting at schools: Resume Books (under Sourcing main navigation), Recruiting, and Information Sessions (under Campus Events main navigation).

Purchase History You may view your purchase history and receipts from “My Account” > Purchase History. To view a receipt, click the "View Receipt" button next to the applicable purchase. From there, the receipt may be downloaded and saved as a PDF file. Pop-up blockers must be disabled in your web browser to successfully view receipts.

Payment Methods You may manage your available cards from “My Account” > “Payment Methods”. To remove a card, click the “X” in actions. You can also change your “default” card under actions. Click “edit” to make changes to the card information. With edit you can change the expiration date, or the name on the card (but not the actual card number).

Job Credits You may view your Job Pack and Courtesy Job Pack Credits from “My Account” > Job Credits.

Notifications You may edit your Notification preferences from “My Account” > Notifications.

Password Reset Password: Under “My Account” open the sub-tab “password.” Enter the new password in the boxes presented and click “Change Password”. If successful, you will see a confirmation.

Centralized Password: Centralizing your password will allow you to log in at all OneStop member schools without needing to register, and will synchronize your password across all of your existing accounts.

Shopping Cart After you have made a “purchase”, the item will be in your “shopping cart”. If you have any items in your cart, you will see a count in the top navigation alert for the shopping cart. To pay for your cart items, click on the shopping cart icon. Items will be listed, and you can “check out”. Once you click “check out”, you will be prompted for how you will pay for the items in your cart. If you have stored payment card(s) on file, you will be able to select the item for use in this transaction.
