AN AUTOMATIC INFEEDThe infeed comprises a V belt prealigner which aligns the potatoes before they are transfer-red onto the cup conveyor. At the entrance of the cup conveyor, a recycling belt reintroduces the superfluous products on the infeed conveyor.
FROM GRADING TO PACKINGThe outlet is defined by the operator using the ORPHEA software. ORPHEA allows sizing in accumulative dosage on alternative outlets or on packing belts. The F&V is discharged onto a motorized belt which directly fills bins, or the packing station.

The two-way tipping authorize the length reduction of the line for the same number of outlet by using both side of the sizer. The cup sizer :The stability of the cup has been strenghtened, improving the weighing surface. Fruit or vegetables can be offset in the cup ; its position will not affect the weighing.EJECTION METHOD :reliable ejection of the products, solenoids frees the cup wich tips under its own weight. The fruit is deposited either to the right or the left handside depen-ding on the selected outlet.
