Liability for a Combined Single Limit (Bodily Injury/Property Damage) of USD 175,000,000 any one

occurrence each Aircraft, but in the annual aggregate in respect of Products Liability, subject to the following sub-limitations: The coverage for War and Allied Perils is provided by the attachment of Extended Coverage Endorsement

(Aviation Liabilities) AVN52E subject to a sub-limit of USD 150,000,000 any one Occurrence and in the

annual aggregate except that the full policy limit(s) shall apply in respect of : a) Passengers (and for their baggage and personal effects); b) Cargo and mail while it is on board the aircraft. This sub-limit shall apply within the full Policy limit and not in addition thereto. Cover in accordance with:German LuftVZO, §103, LuftVG, article 45 to 47 as of June 28, 2004 IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED THAT the amounts of insurance stated above are in accordance with the minimum insurance cover requirements of Articles 6 and 7 of Regulation (EC) no 785/2004 based on (a) the rates of exchange applicable to Special Drawing Rights at inception of the insurances, (b) third party war, terrorism and allied perils being insured on an aggregate basis as above, and (c) it being understood that such aggregate limits may be reduced or exhausted during the policy period by virtue of claims made against aircraft or other operational interest covered by the insurances. For commercial operations it is further certified that the amounts of insurance stated above are in accordance with requirements of Regulation (EC) no 2027/1997 and of Regulation (EC) no 889/2002. Delay in carriage of passengers and/or baggage are covered if arising from an insured occurence, damages otherwise arising are self-insured by the above mentioned air carrier

A condition for the validity of the insurance contract is that premium instalments are duly paid.

The insurance is valid for the owner and/or user of the insured aircraft. The coverage evidenced hereunder is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions and cancellation provisions of the relative Policy.
