Soundcafe asked us to develop a solution that helps to automate their rental businesswith the ability to control payments, connect freelancers to projects/events, manage users, employees, roles, activity, statuses of users and much more. This solution should also have the ability to control rental equipment.

RESULTS

Ontid developed and implemented the comprehensive online customizable solution for the management of all processes where the movement of equipment and its reservation for events is controlled. It has an intuitive interface and easy-to-use, notifications and reminders. There is also a smart calendar with statuses and rich info where customers can easily create multiple events. Personal accounts of system users have various access rights depending on the role assigned to him by the administrator. It also contains different user information, including contact details that are publicly available in the system. Users have the ability to assign tasks to each other, add colleagues as observers, mark responsible. It allows you to solve effectively various current business tasks, plan tasks for the future, remind users of upcoming tasks and send important notifications to the system administrator (business owner).

The main project purpose is to write an API (backend) of a specialized information service for the banking system of one of the CIS countries, develop standards for information exchange protocols and perform business analysis.

RESULTS

We are the architects of the system and performed a full detailed business analysis, including the markets researches of other countries in order to determine the most optimal schemes. This is not just an online store - in addition to the gift catalog with various filters of selection, the unique constructor was created. The constructor hasn't analogs in the confectionery industry of the CIS, which allows, taking into account the weight of one candy up to tenths of a gram, to form indivi-dual gifts. A fully automated system for transferring an order from a site visitor to a manager and then to production was built. Managers received convenient tools: automatic calculation of discounts, duration of shares for different commodity items, automatic VAT calculation depending on the type of buyer already at the stage of ordering and etc.
