Installation Instructions

Please inspect this product for damage, manufacturing fault or missing parts prior to commencing the

process of installation, no warranty will be applied after installation has begun.

Prior to installation, please ensure there are no pipes or cables hidden in the wall where you intend to drill.

All of our Shower Screens must be handled with extreme care as glass is fragile and can shatter if handled

incorrectly. Glass is not covered by warranty. You will notice through-out the installation process that the

corners of any glass that is frameless or semi frameless have a protective cover. Please try to leave these

protective covers on any panels that have them until after you have moved panels into position.

Step 1 Level and Measure

a) Place a cloth down to protect your base.

b) Ensure that installation occurs with a level base or shower area.

c) Measure and Mark your Base or Shower area by referring to your minimum and Maximum

Measurements, ensuring that your selected screen will fit within the desired area. The Minimum

and maximum measurement for this shower is as follows, depending upon the size of screen

you are installing.

Min and Max Measurements

1200 x 900mm Front width adjusts: 1150 – 1175mm Return width adjusts: 850 – 875mm

1500 x 900mm

Front width adjusts: 1450 – 1475mm Return width adjusts: 850 – 875mm

Step 2 Mark, Drill and Fix wall Profile

a) With a level, position Part 5 wall profile against wall at desired measurement, within min and

max measured area.

b) With a pencil, mark the pre drilled holes inside of wall profile. Remove wall profile and drill 6mm

hole. (Use a masonry drill bit if drilling into tiles).

c) Insert Part 3 Wall plugs provided

d) Using Part 4 M4*30 Screws provided, fix both Part 5 wall Profiles to wall ensuring wall profile is

level and fixed tightly to wall.

Step 3 Construction of Front Section

a) Connect Part 17 Top Rail to Part 6 Fixed Panel using Parts 4 M4*30 screws supplied.

b) Repeat process Parallel by connecting top rail to the bottom of fixed panel.

c) Connect Part 19 Adjusting Profile to both Part 17 top Rails using Parts 4 M4*30 screw supplied.

d) Insert Part 11 Glass Clip to leading edge of glass fixed panels and fix to top rails using Part 9

St4*12 screw

e) Place Part 10 Glass Clip screw Caps on to the Part 11 Glass Clips

f) Place Part 6 Fixed panel front section into Part 5 wall profile, but do not fix yet adjustment may

be needed.

Step 4 Construction of Side Panel

a) Connect Part 23 Corner Profile to the leading edge of Part 24 side panel and fix by

drilling 3 equally spaced 3.3mm holes on the inside of screen and secure with screws

provided Part 26 M4*12 Screw.

Note: The leading edge Extrusion of Side panel is thinner than the extrusion section that inserts in to

wall profile.

b) Place Part 24 side panel in to Part 5 wall Profile. Do not fix to wall profile, adjustment

may be required.

Step 5 Connecting Front section to side Panel

a) Connect Part 6 Fixed Panel front section to part 23 corner profile/side panel and fix by drilling 3

equally spaced 3.3mm holes on the inside of screen and secure with screws provided Part 26

M4*12 Screw.

Step 6 Attaching Rollers to Door

a) Work out which way Part 18 door will close, what is outside as well top and bottom of door.

Note: Top Rollers are fixed/adjustable and bottom rollers are spring loaded

b) Attach the Part 16 Top Rollers to the top/outside of door. Make sure that the screw adjustor is

facing down for adjustment.

Note: Ensure that the plastic washers are inserted correctly avoiding metal and glass making contact.

Failure to do so will void your warranty and may cause glass to break.

c) Attach Part 12 Bottom spring loaded Rollers to the bottom/outside of door.

d) Hang the Door on top track by inserting top rollers.

e) Depress the bottom rollers under bottom track. Ensuring door slides correctly and closes flush

to the Side panel Part 23 Corner Profile.

f) Replace the Rollers cover plates to inside of Doors.

Note : To adjust door, use Philips head screw driver. Turn visible screw left or right on top roller

allowing the door to lift or lower. Ensure door is aligned with Part 23 Corner profile/Side panel.

Note : When one of the top rollers is adjusted to its maximum and the door still doesn’t close

squarely, stop adjusting roller to avoid damage and begin to adjust other roller.

Step 7 Attaching Water Seals

a) Using hand Pressure, Press part 14 Fixed panel water seal to Fixed panel Vertically

b) Using hand Pressure, Press part 15 Door water seal to Door Vertically.

Step 8 Attaching Handle

a) Handle compromises of a post and rail with a knob and a bottom mount

b) Separate (part 13) handle from knob and bottom mount c) Insert knob thread through plastic washer

d) then through glass,

e) add the aluminum washer

f) Screw knob into handle.

g) Repeat process with the thread of the bottom mount

h) Tighten both Knob and Bottom Mount.

Note: Ensure washers and grommets are inserted correctly, avoiding glass and metal making contact.

Failure to do so will void your warranty and may cause glass to break.

Step 9 Adjusting and Fixing Off

a) Ensure screen is level and square. Adjust and Move panels in or out to suit your shower

base or shower area, ensuring all sides are level and straight.

b) Fix (part 6) fixed front panel And (part 24) Side panel to (Part 5) wall profiles by drilling 4

equally spaced 3.3mm holes on the inside of screen and secure with screws provided

(part 9) M4*12 screw.

c) Fix Part 23 Corner Profile to the Front Fixed Panel by drilling 4 equally spaced 3.3mm

holes on the inside of screen and secure with screws provided (part 9) M4*12 screw.

d) Using thumb pressure, attach Part 8 Screw cover caps to the heads of screws internal of

screen.

e) Attach (parts 1 & 2) cover caps to the top of both (part 5) wall profiles & Parts 21 & 22

Step 10 Sealing

a) Ensure screen is operating correctly. Adjust if necessary.

b) Using recommended bathroom purpose silicone. Apply a fine bead of silicone vertically and

horizontally on the outside perimeter of screen only, sealing your shower screen. This will

prevent water from leaking out of screen and will allow water to effectively drain back towards

outlet. Do not use shower for 24 hours allowing for silicone to set.

Do not use silicone internal of screen. Doing so will void warranty.
