• Transcripts for all debates at Parliament• Live streaming video and archived video clips• Publication of all parliamentary/committee reports• Biographical information on all members of Parliament• Members’ financial interests published• Public information for visitors/tourists/schools
Things we don’t do yet• Voting records• Attendance records• Reusable data for all of the above
Challenges
• Keeping pace with technological change• Readers accessing parliament.uk on the move• Instant information demand• Reshaping and refining services as we go• Reliance on other companies, like Google
• Battling political apathy/decrease in voter engagement• Adding utility to parliamentary information• What will Parliament of the future look like?• How will we share parliamentary information?
