Operation WANT (OpWant) read and assessed all the available cables twice.A reporting format for assessments was created.

The substance of each cable was condensed to each countries WANTS and

don't WANT.The research method after that was to research each of the major topics

found and "Follow the money" to who was benefiting financially fromthe business deals being made in the embassy and politically. i.e.

Topic - Gripen jet fighters and radar. Research - Who owns makes the

Gripen fighter jets? SAAB Group. Who owns SAAB Group? Major shareholder is Investor AB. Who owns Investor AB? Wallenberg family of

Sweden.

Once OpWant researchers found who was the financial benefactor, thatperson and/or corporation was researched. Usually beginning with the

board of directors, officers and managers. Then overlapping businessrelationships were identified and researched further. i.e. Investor AB

also is the major share holder of ABB. Former U.S. Secretary ofDefense, Donald Rumsfeld was a board member of ABB and an

"Advisor" to Investor AB.

OpWant researchers also would find themselves following otherinformational trails connected, yet not a "money trail." i.e. Donald

Rumsfeld was in the Bush Administration and so was Karl Rove, whowent to Sweden to work on the election campaign for Fredrik

Reinfeldt, the current Prime Minister. Karl Rove's political activities in

Sweden, led the OpWant researchers to the TIMBRO "think tank" andPrime PR, who had directors and staff that made up a media army for

Karl Rove. Many the same that have written negative news storiesattacking WikiLeaks and Julian Assange. Forms of communication

between Karl Rove and his Swedish media army, included his being

Skyped into their meetings. This did not require Rove to travel and tobe seen in Sweden.

As more research info was compiled, it became evident that the

Wallenberg's of Sweden aka "The Wallenberg Sphere" is a politicalpower seat in Sweden, financially benefits from wars in the middle

east and elsewhere, is politically connected globally and withinNASDAQ OMX -- the world's largest stockmarket. The OpWant

research of "follow the money" ended up in NASDAQ and finding outthat the Wallenberg's and King Of Dubai had been business and

economic rivals for over 5 years. There was bad blood between them,

as the King of Dubai had acquired control of the OMX stockmarket,that had been controlled by the Wallenberg Sphere. The King of Dubai

also bought up controlling shares of Nasdaq -- merged OMX withNasdaq to create NASDAQ OMX. Wallenberg apparently responded by

having several of his companies and FAM under "Investor AB" to have

enough shares to get seats on the board of NASDAQ OMX. Thisincluded having one of his associates, and former company men, to be

the head of the NASDAQ OMX "nominating committee", this ensuringthat board members would be from Wallenberg "Investor AB"

companies. This is otherwise known as creating a cartel. The majority

of the NASDAQ OMX board members will vote together and block anyproposals coming from any board members that are not under the

thumb of the Wallenberg's / Investor AB.

OpWamt researchers began monitoring Investor AB and it's companies --there are approx 120 depending on what companies they bought or

sold from week to week. OpWant noted that the US Department ofJustice was behaving very interesting in regards to the "Baldor"

acquisition and how timing and approvals corresponded with Assange'scourt dates.

When NASDAQ OMX proposed changes in regulations and rules to benefit

Investor AB and give them another seat on the NASDAQ OMX board, itbecame more apparent that the Wallenberg's were really making a

cartel on the NASDAQ board of directors. OpWant compiled theirresearch data into approximately 27 pages and wrote a comment

letter of opposition to the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission

(SEC)that was submitted on April 1, 2011 by an attorney, KevinZeese. As of November 2, 2011, there has not been a formal response

or final decision made by the U.S. SEC on whether to approve theNASDAQ and Investor AB proposal to expand the number of board

members on the NASDAQ OMX to specifically give a board seat to theWallenberg's "Investor AB."

Regardless, of following the law and obtaining approvals from the U.S. SEC,

the NASDAQ and Wallenberg's Investor AB went forward as if they

have received the needed legal approvals. Everytime they vote andtake actions representing NASDAQ they are violating laws and rules.
