The meeting is being held to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended. • Increased Spacing of Median Openings Allows Construction of Appropriate Length Left Turn Lanes (285’ Recommended)

• Median Openings Should Not be Present Within Influence Areas near Signals = Storage + Deceleration + Reaction Areas (Violates Driver Expectancy)
