Food waste is managed by two methods: 1) sell directly to farm for animal feed. 2) Use for bio-fermentation process to create bio-
fertilizer, bio-extract and household level biogas under KU-Green Bio-fertilizer and Biogas Projects.

Lipid waste is stored grease trap tank and transferred to Bangkok Metropolitan Administration for further disposal.
Used vegetable oil from food venders and third parties is transferred to KU-Biodiesel Production Plant to produce biodiesel using KUB-200 machine under the KU Green Campus Project.
The biodiesel is then used by KU-bus for free transportation within campus.

Organic waste including debris, twigs, and leaves are used to produce mulching materials through composition. In addition, the materials are applied to the garden throughout the campus under the KU Green Campus Project.
