General Information

Lecturers Schedule

Moscow Pre-finals Workshop ICPC 2019 is held by Moscow Institute

of Physics and Technology and ITMO University at MIPT campus in

Dolgoprudny, Russia. The purpose of the workshop is to help students

to prepare for ICPC World Finals. The official language of the workshop

is English. The trainings include every-day contests, tasks analysis and

lectures from former participants and winners of ICPC and the best

Russian universities professors.

Training is conducted in two divisions for experienced programmers.

Division A is designed to prepare students to participate and win

medals in ICPC World Finals.

Division B is designed to help teams prepare for the next ICPC

season and international competitions. In addition to the educational

program, students will be able to take part in sports and entertainment

activities and get a chance to go on a sightseeing tour and to visit

leading Russian IT companies. Accommodation at MIPT campus and

meals three times a day are provided to all participants.

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. You must have your badge with you at all times. You will be

required to show your badge in order to enter academic facilities and

the dormitory.

2. Div. A competition area is located in the Reading Hall on the

second floor of the Main Building. For Div. B it will be held in room 107 of

the Biobuilding. Upsolving for both divisions will be held on all days from

19:00 to 22:00.

3. The dormitory is open for entrance and exit from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.

4. Smoking is prohibited:

» in academic buildings and the nearby territory

» in the dormitory and within 5 meters from it.

5. Wi-Fi Internet access is provided in the dormitory, your login and

password will be given to you at the registration.

6. In order to visit the gym, clean sports shoes are required.

7. In order to visit the swimming pool, it is necessary to have a soap,

a wisp, a swimsuit and swimming cap.

8. Starting from March,10 on free time you will be able to engage in

the following activities:

» Upsolving: at the Reading Hall and at the Biobuilding.

» Playroom (37 in the dormitory) with our volunteers, board

games, tea and cookies. Every day after dinner.

» Gym: open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, meeting

on the first floor of the dormitory at 21:10.

» Swimming pool: open from Monday to Friday, meeting on

the first floor of the dormitory at 21:10.

» Table tennis: open every day, meeting on the first floor of

the dormitory at 21:10.
