Orientation Packet 2013-2014
Dear Parents, In an effort to streamline the orientation process, the 2013-2014 Orientation Packet is now available online via RenWeb’s ParentsWeb. Please use the guide below as a checklist for completing the necessary forms. Forms must be completed online by August 6, 2013. For activities that have fees, payment must be turned into the office by August 8. Students will be considered “accepted” in the club based on the order of online registration, provided that any fees due are turned in by August 8. If payment is not received by August 8, spots will be released to other interested students. Please review the instructions for how to access the online web forms. The following forms will need to be completed online.
Done Form Name Notes
Authorization for Pick Up This form will inform us on who has authority for picking up your child.
Transportation Sign Up This form is used for registering your student to use TMA transportation. (if necessary)
Learning Style Assessment Only required for 2nd thru 5th grade. This helps us to determine your child’s best method of learning.
Vision and Hearing Screening This form will give us authority to have your child screened for hearing and vision.
After School Care This form is required to be completed. We must have this information available in case of any emergencies.
After School Club Registration This form will be used to register for all after school clubs. See enclosed after school informational form prior to registering. All clubs are first come, first serve. Registration is not final until payment has been made.
Sports Goldenball Information.
Private Lessons This form is used to register for private piano, violin or vocal lessons.
Volunteer Form This form will allow you to register as a volunteer and also as a substitute. All training for substitutes will be taking place on August 15, 2013 at 8:00am in the Lower School Lunchroom.
KNO (Kids Night Out) This form will allow you to register your child for a night of fun with Coach Macbeth and his staff.
Accessing Online Web Forms
For those using the RenWeb iPhone or iPad app, web forms are not accessible from the app.
1. Sign on to RenWeb via ParentsWeb by going to www.mastersacademy.org
2. Click on the Parents Tab
3. Click on RenWeb from the left hand menu.
4. Click on ParentsWeb link
5. The following screen will appear.
6. If you are using Internet Explorer 10 please follow these steps before logging into ParentsWeb.
7. Log into ParentsWeb using your User ID and Password. • If you have forgotten your user ID and password or are having trouble logging into
ParentsWeb please send an email with your name and contact information to [email protected]
8. Once you are logged into RenWeb the following screen will appear.
9. Click on Web Forms from the School Information tab.
10. Click on 2013-2014 Orientation Packet.
11. The orientation packet will open and each section can be completed.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Question: I log into RenWeb but cannot click on anything? Answer: If you are using Internet Explorer10, then gGo back to step # 6 and follow the steps to click on the blue broken icon page.
2. Question: I cannot access web forms on my iphone or iPad? Answer: Web forms are not accessible from the app, only from a regular computer.
