To make this program viable, it is required that we have a minimum of 6

children booked in each day. If numbers do not meet this minimum requirement, it

may be necessary to not offer the service on the day. In fairness to those families

that require care, decisions will be made on the Thursday or Friday morning the

week prior based on the number of children

booked.

Bookings are accepted by phone/fax, and must

then be followed with the completion of the

attached consent form and booking sheet—

approximate arrival and pick up times are

appreciated for staffing purposes.
