CArdiO kiCk-BOxing Enjoy punching, jabbing, hooking, kicking and jumping in this cardio workout. This non-contact class is done to music and uses moves from boxing and kick-boxing. LOw impACt This low-impact workout includes a warm-up, walking, low-impact aerobic moves and toning exercises. musCLE COnditiOning A strength conditioning and toning class that is a great compliment to anyone’s cardiovascular routine. Increase muscular strength using resistance tubing, bands, weights and body bars. A class that is suited to both the beginner and the advanced. piLAtEs Pilates helps strengthen the entire body while increasing flexibility. This non-impact mat class is great for everyone! tOtAL BOdy COnditiOning A small group class that will incorporate medicine balls, free weights, circuit equipment and BOSU balance trainers to target every major muscle group. Tailored to any fitness level to challenge each individual. yOgA Hatha Yoga is offered for all fitness levels. Increase strength, flexibility and inner peace while working at your own pace. ZumBA High energy and motivating music combined with unique moves that allow participants to dance away their worries.
