1. ABC control department a smaller in company with 220 employees.
2. It ‘s main work is to manufacture with 185 workers and 20 highly qualified designers.
3. They mainly produces for Turkey projects and manufacture mostly against orders from other manufacture.

• There was many flaws and the performance was slipping down so they study the system under some consideration.

1. A shortage list is prepared and top level management force them to start work on item having material shortage

3. Once the item is completed it transferred to Testing. If any fault is find out (70% of new order are faulty at inspection)
4. Thus, rework is a normal feature of manufacturing in ABC control section of OSKAR.

1. The shop is supplied with a monthly production programme and is initiated if Job file is then (PMD) sheets production manufacturing data.

1. Starting from a an item a panel structure is built up of sheet metal then sub- contractor and fabrication give suitable cut-outs by giving frames.
2. Painting is done as per the customer specification the assembled and connected by the wring.
3. Components required in assembly are transferred by central stores which is under material planning sections. Material are issued against bill of material.
4. Packaging is done by the another department.
