Ounet Traduzioni was established in 2001 for the
purpose of providing translation services in the
areas of law, economics and business, as well as
commerce and a range of technical fields.
Ounet Traduzioni’s specialisation in the language
and terminology of these sectors is the result of
years of experience gained by working in-house in
the offices of the same professional clients who
now make use of our services.
The strength of Ounet Traduzioni lies in its
hands-on experience. Our thorough understanding
of the subject matter and context, not to
mention the sheer importance of the documents
to be translated, means we are always focused
on the style and quality of the final translation.
But direct experience also means having an
in-depth knowledge of clients’ modus operandi
and we have learned how best to adapt the way
we manage translation to meet their specific
working methods and requirements.
Ounet Traduzioni is certified:
• ISO 9001:2008 for the provision of
specialist translation and language services
• UNI EN 15038:2006 for the provision of
specialist translation services
Ounet Traduzioni guarantees:• customised and on-going support “24 hours, 7 days a
week”
• high quality translations and reviews, which are guaranteed by highly specialised professional translators, and an accurate and careful management of the overall process, which also includes the review of source documents (reporting any inconsistencies, incorrect clause/paragraph numbering/lettering, spelling or typing errors, etc.)
• the translation and review of documents ‘in real time’; this involves the use of a special in-house software which allows us to compare different versions of the source text and track changes made while a transaction, activity or closing is taking place on the client’s premises
• the creation and management of translation memories and customised glossaries
• confidentiality: confidential information and data are removed from the source text, before passing it on to the translators; on receiving the translation back, the in-house reviewer then reinserts the names and references into the target text before final delivery to the client; if clients deem this precaution insufficient, Ounet Traduzioni is willing to sign an ad hoc confidentiality agreement
• customised master supply agreements for the management of clients’ translation departments.
This brings even more benefits• discounts on standard translation prices for
certain volumes of translations
• quicker translation delivery times
• customised prices according to complexity and delivery timescales
• customised invoicing according to client requirements
• the additional service of managing archives and filing translated texts (in both electronic and printed form).
Ounet Traduzioni

We ensure translation projects that are managed from start to finish using in-house translators and a broad network of external professionals with consolidated experience.
