At the Grand Hyatt Kaua‘i we wish to offer options for our guests that require kosher meals. Our goal is for our guest to enjoy their vacation without the stress of being concerned about following their kosher guidelines.
• Guests may bring in their own personal kosher food and the Grand Hyatt culinary department will store their food in the main kitchen freezer free of charge. It is required that the guest, label all meals with the following information: guests name, room number and clearly label each meal specifically.• The culinary department will heat the guest’s food according to the guest’s specifications and our highly trained servers will serve the meal in the guest’s choice of outlet including room service for a flat service fee of $10.00 per meal. Gratuity for the server is not required however encouraged.• Our breakfast buffet in Ilima Terrace has kosher food offerings such as; smoked salmon, yogurts and bagels, including a variety of fresh fruits and juices.• If a guest wishes to utilize our existing kosher menu they may choose to order from our menu accordingly. The guests may dine in any of our outlets including room service and will be charged according to the menu price. Again gratuity for the server is not required but encouraged. • Our kosher meals are provided to us from ‘Oahu Kosher. The attached menu will be available for any guests requiring kosher meals. If a guest has an extended length of stay the guest is encouraged to contact the culinary department and extended and enhanced menu may be provided.• All meals require an advance notice of at least one hour.
