ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL 2016 We have now moved into our
6th week of the 2016 Annual
Catholic Appeal. The good
news is we have received
pledges/gifts from more 241
households! But it means there
are still 750 households that
have not yet responded - 76%
of the parish! That’s the not so
good news. However, it’s not too late for you to
give!
Your gift can still help the Annual Catholic Appeal
by its support of more than 60 ministries and
services that are offered to thousands of individuals
across Western Washington. If you haven’t already
made your gift, won’t you please consider making a
gift this year? No gift is too small. If you’re unsure
what to give, please consider a gift of $1 a day or
$365 or more.
Go online to www.seattlearchdiocese.org/donate or
use a pledge envelope. If you’d rather call in your
gift to the Appeal Office, they can be reached at 206-
382-4274 or 206-382-4353. Thank you!
To schedule an intention, please visit the Welcome desk after a weekend liturgy or stop by the office during the week.
"Men of Faith: Growing in our Relationship with God and Family" Father & Son Retreat at Palisades in Federal Way, WA June 17-19, 2016
Directed by Bishop Edward J. Burns, this retreat will look at how we live as disciples of Jesus Christ in today's society. It will explore how our Lord calls us to grow in relationship with our Heavenly Father and members of our own family. We will look at the challenges and difficulties in being followers of Jesus Christ and how to strengthen and discipline ourselves in living the fullness of life to which Christ calls us. This retreat is intended for fathers and adult or teenage sons aged 13+. Visit: http://palisadesretreatcenter.org/retreat-details/?retreat=587 or call: (206) 274-3130

Thank you for all your gifts! Please remember your parish
in your will
Both the first reading and the Gospel remind us powerfully that every breath we take is a gift from
God. How conscious am I of this first and most precious gift? Am I a good steward of the life and
time with which I have been blessed?
