CALENDAR CALL If your organization or ministry is plan-ning to have meetings or events on the parish grounds or in a parish building during the Sep-tember 2017 through August 2018 calendar year, a Facility Requisition Form must be filled
out and submitted to the Rectory Office. IT CANNOT BE FILLED OUT VIA THE TELEPHONE. Facility Requisi-tion Forms can be picked up at the Rectory. AT THE INSIS-TENCE OF THE DIOCESE OF ROCKVILLE CENTRE, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT NO GROUP OR ORGANI-ZATION WILL BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THEIR EVENTS UNTIL WE HAVE AN UPDATED ROSTER OF VOLUNTEERS FROM THEIR GROUP, AND EVERY PERSON ON THAT ROSTER HAS HAD A BACK-GROUND CHECK AND ATTENDED A VIRTUS SES-SION. Rectory hours can be found on the cover of the bulle-tin. Remember, even though you filled out a form last year, it was only good for that calendar year. Therefore, you must fill out a form for this coming calendar year. Your cooperation in this matter will enable us to keep an accurate schedule of all our facilities. Jean Malone
