Fencing ProgramsKnown as "the physical game of chess" and the fastest martial art, fencing provides a tremendous
physical and mental workout through skillful swordplay.
The fencer's goal is to hit the opponent on the valid target area without being hit. Fencing requires quickness of the hand, eye, and mind, as well as stamina, agility, control, and strategy formulation. The sport is excellent for building coordination, balance, and quick reflexes. It is a sport that can be enjoyed
by all ages, giving a lifetime of personal fulfillment.
