Our story

Welcome to the Chimney cake Factory,

it will be “Love at First Bite”

Chimney cake is a traditional sweet pastry which was originally baked over hot coals by Hungarians residing in Transylvania, Romania the mythical home of Dracula!

Originally the pastry or cake was baked only on special occasions such as weddings or festivals but due to high demand and the fact that many people fell in love with the product, it is now available throughout the year and the product is becoming very popular all over the world and now bring it to you in Dubai!

To make the product a special dough is rolled by hand into an even strip and is wrapped, like ribbon, around a cooking roll. It is then coated in sugar and baked in our purpose built oven.

A topping of choice is then sprinkled on the baked, hot sticky Chimney Cake. The caramelized sugar on the surface creates a sweet, crispy crust while inside the dough is fully & soft.

A recent development is a Savoury Chimney. Instead of sugar, the Chimney cake is rolled in Cheese and is seasoned.
