Out-Fit Challenge Mud Run is an extremely successful state-to-state mud run to support the LGBT community and family equality. The event has previously run in New York City and Miami with an outstanding turn out and major media coverage. For 2014 Out-Fit-Challenge will be holding 3 mud runs and 3 runs with varying themes such as glow runs. Each mud run has an attendee expectancy of 1500-2000 participants on site. Out-Fit Challenge is designed by and for members and friends of the LGBT community who aspire to compete, make new connections, and celebrate community via outdoor endurance sports. The company provides proceeds from every event to a national and local organization that strives to make a difference for LGBT individuals. Apart from putting together nationwide race events, the organization supports national and local charities that are making a significant difference in the lives of LGBT individuals across the nation such as Family Equality Council, Care Resource and the Ali Forney Center. Out-Fit Challenge has been featured in various publications such as Curve Magazine, Timeout New York, Ikons Magazine, Next, the Advocate, Dot 429, and many more. Out-‐Fit Challenge is part of the outdoor endurance sport category, which is comprised of popular sports like the Iron Man, Marathons, 10K’s, and 5K’s. It consists of a 5K to 7K cross-‐country trail run, dotted by 15 – 20 military-‐style obstacles. Our Mission is create competitive experiences that people love, while nurturing connections that matter and communities that make a difference
Our Target Market is the lesbian, gay, bi-‐sexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals between the ages of 18-‐45 who aspire to make new connections and celebrate community via an outdoor obstacle course.
This group represents about 2.6M people across the top 10 cities with a LGBT population: New York, LA, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, Dallas, Miami, Atlanta and Philadelphia.

What Differentiates Us
Out-‐Fit Challenge is the first ever mud run focused primarily on the LGBT community.
The company was created as a fun alternative to meet people and make meaningful connections outside of the bar or club scene. In addition, the company provides proceeds of every dollar earned to a national and local LGBT charity organization that is striving to make a positive difference in the lives of LGBT individuals.
CHARITIES: Out-‐Fit Challenge supports charities that are making a significant difference in the lives of LGBT individuals across the US. Our goal is to support 1 national charity and a local charity in every city we do an event. We will make a financial contribution to their cause, and donate resources to serve as volunteers, planners or speakers at their events. Out-‐Fit Challenge provides sponsors with access to the trail, its target market and public venue where onlookers, future participants and spectators of the day’s activities convene. MULTI EVENT SPONSORSHIP ACTIVATION: Our multi-‐event sponsorship activation is for businesses and brands that are looking to get the most out of their annual marketing budget state-‐to-‐state/ nationwide. These packages are long-‐term activation contracts for a total of one to two years.

DUE DATES: Partnership level and vendor logos are due 6 weeks before the event date to ensure your name and logo appears on all materials. We will accept sponsorships up until the day of the competition, but you will not receive full advertising exposure. LOGOS: Send logos to david@out-‐fitchallenge.com. Please send logo as a high resolution vector-‐based graphic (not bitmap). Illustrator, EPS or PDF are preferred.
