Similar to last yearʼs study, 96% of the 57 respondents are optimistic about this year, with fully 80% anticipating that both sales and profits will increase. Incredibly, another 96% say they are in a better competitive position than before the recession. Looking ahead companies have clear priorities: growth and talent. What one thing ... should you think about? Oddly, nearly one in four respondents said that they did not have specific goals and a plan to achieve them in 2012. If you donʼt, you better get to work on it! And, even if you do, make sure you are communicating it, measuring it and holding yourself and your organization accountable.
