The solutionUse the Shortcuts feature to build a personalized start menu in OutlookAccess frequently used items from both CRM and Outlook folders without the need to move between different modules

Step 1: Promote Shortcuts Menu
Right-click on ”Mail”, select ”Navigation Pane Options”
Click on ”Shortcuts”
Use the ”Move Up” button to move the menu to the top of the list
Click ”OK”

Step 2: Create Shortcut Groups
Select ”Shortcuts”
Right-click on the existing shortcuts
Select ”New Shortcut Group”
Create new groups called ”Outlook” and ”CRM”

Step 3: Add CRM Shortcuts
Right-click on ”CRM”
Navigate to the CRM folders, select the ”Accounts” folder, click ”OK”
Repeat for all other CRM menu shortcuts you wish to add

Step 4: Add Outlook Shortcuts
Right-click on ”Outlook”
Navigate to the folders from your Outlook mailbox, select ”Inbox”, click ”OK”
Repeat for all other Outlook menu shortcuts you wish to add
