By constantly having an eye for new processes, technologies and trends, we will offer consultancy based on our clients’ situation.

When we deliver production equipment we do not let it go at delivery. Our skilled process people assist in the running-in of the process and in the training of operators.

Furthermore, HIN has very experienced service staff to help ensure the continued operation of the purchased equipment. We offer service by appointment and may provide extra fast assistance if necessary so that important production loss is minimised.

HIN A/S is the largest supplier to the electronics industry in the country. We have our own service department and with our location in the centre of Denmark the distance to all our customers is short.

Our service department has specialists in service and process optimization for all our products. We have a very high level of competence in the relevant areas and we design individual technical solutions as well as produce a surveyor’s report with detailed photo documentation, before a possible renovation or service contract is implemented.

Routine service intervals prolong the service life of the machines and minimise downtime. With the experience from the large number of machines we keep running all over Scandinavia, our service department has just the knowledge to ensure that our customers’ machines always operate optimally.

HIN Service are specialists and certified in:

Most of the problems within SMD soldering derive from the screening process. Hin Service of course install our printers, but likewise help with the process optimisation of the new – as well as the old equipment.

Our specialists have more than 15 years of experience in the installation, implementation and optimisation of Pick & Pack equipment. We have test equipment for calibrating and provide access to the hotline after the warranty expires. We also offer repair and maintenance check of feeders.

We offer to test and optimize the consumption of N2 applications. We also have expertise in flux cleaning systems and in cleaning these.

HIN Service keep the customers updated with the latest options in hardware and software.

Our core competences are:
