Overall Concept of my Magazine

The overall concept for my magazine is minimalism. I have taken inspiration from magazine such as ID, Vice and Pop whom all share similar qualities of simple and minimal covers. I decided to design my magazine in this way as it more about the quality of the image and use of cover lines rather then how much you can fit onto the cover itself.

My magazine is more stylized and the layout of the front cover has been heavily thought out and as a art student, I feel design is my forte.

By having a cover with simple cover lines and a simple photograph, it keeps the magazine clean cut and by using such a plain yet heavily styled image, this then adds to the overall style of the magazine, which readers will then give recognition for.
