Safety Precautions Use H2S cartridge mask during Acid and Process gas Sampling.
Use concentrated NaOH slurry for flushing out of all those gases which may contain H2S.
Take H2S Detector during plant side sampling, specially for Acid and Process gas sampling.
Wear heat resistance hand gloves and goggle during Boiler water sampling.
Always cut the sample gas bag first before discard it in predefine area.
Strictly follow the SOPs for discarding sample gas bags, chemicals and laboratory used items.
