ITC’s mission

Our aim is to provide international education through knowledge exchange directed primarily at capacity building and institutional development for and in countries that are economically and technologically less developed (LCDs).We will do so by operating as a) an internationally recognized Centre of Excellence and b) as a node in an international knowledge network, an approach

implying a two-directional gateway function between developing and developed countries for knowledge and experience.
