*Asterisk indicates that you are to stand as you are able. Congregational responses are in bold type.

A Specia l Welcome to Our Guest s

Thank you for joining us for worship today. We pray that you will be blessed, just as your presence here blesses us.

We would like to know more about you and express our

appreciation for your visit with us. We invite you to sign the

attendance pads as they are passed down the pew. Please

fill out a guest card with whatever information you are comfortable sharing, and bring it to the information desk so

that we might greet you and share a gift.

You can follow the Order of the Service using this

Worship Guide. The hymns and melodies for things like the Gloria Patri (Glory to the Father) can be found in the

United Methodist Hymnal (UMH). If we recite a Psalm

together (a Psalter), you will find those in the UMH as well.

Some of the songs we sing come from The Faith We Sing (TFWS). Both these hymnals are located in the pew racks

in front of you.

Prayer Cards are located in the pew racks for your

convenience. You may share prayer requests and celebrations on these cards and, if you wish, indicate that

these be read aloud during the Prayers of the People time,

or they can be kept confidential with our pastors.

Just outside the sanctuary in the narthex are large print hymnals and Bibles, children’s packets for their use during

the service, pamphlets, information on Methodism, and

devotional guides (If you do not see what you need, please

tell an usher, greeter, or one of our pastors.). You are encouraged to join us again next Sunday and

during the coming week for Wednesday supper, Bible

studies, discussion groups, youth, children’s programs, or

to join a choir or orchestra. Check the back page for this week’s schedule.

We’re glad you came !
