August 16, 2022 Dear Sir or Madam: Please accept this letter as a recommendation for Steve Warner. Steve has been an instrumental part of our growing Peer Ambassadors program here at South University Online Programs. Attending classes online can be difficult for some students and the Peer Ambassadors were created to help other students’ transition into online learning. Once certain training requirements are met, a PA serves as a mentor and coach for new students or students who are having trouble in their classes. Every other month, we host a New Student Meet & Greet to introduce students to services that are available to them and answer questions regarding classes and learning. In between those Meet & Greet webinars, PAs are required to be active on our internal social network, Connections, and any other social media with which they are involved. Steve is a superb example of what a PA should be. He is always in attendance for the Meet & Greet sessions and answers any questions posed by new students. He is always active on our social networking site and provides continued support for struggling students. Outside of our PA group, Steve posts blogs about new technology and IT trends. In addition, Steve is a military veteran and is a member of South’s Student Veteran Association. In short, Steve has excelled in this program and at South University. He was selected due to his exemplary academic record and his willingness to help fellow students. I highly recommend Steve for any and all considerations. 1400 Penn Avenue • Pittsburgh, PA • 15222-4332 • 888.444.3404 • Fax 888.245.5355 • online.southuniversity.edu

May 2, 2023

Dear Sir or Madam:

Please accept this letter as a recommendation for Steve Warner.

If you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks,
