Beautifully situated above the site, with excellent views across the valley - a collection of three buildings designed withlove and good taste, furnished differently but all with a cosy and friendly feel. There is a truly special harmony in the airhere, being ‘close to nature’ is no longer a cliché but simply a way of life, without creating a tedious self-absorbed atmos-phere of pseudo cereal professors offering Nirvana. Mountain hiking is an area of exercisewhich allows the theory and practiceof yoga to be combined in order todevelop a conscious internal poise foreveryday life. Body –awareness gene-rates the harmonisation of bodyfunctions.
