About Us: Team Kratos Wresting Club provides Hudson youth with an opportunity to get involved in the sport of wrestling

Team Kratos Wrestling Club is organized as a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide children in the grades of K-6th with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of wrestling and compete in local and regional area wrestling events

Based in Hudson, Ohio

Founded in 2005

Over 200 wrestlers involved in program over past three seasons

Past Season(2007/8) Recap:Team Membership: approx 60 (3rd consecutive year of membership growth)Competed in the Ohio Youth Wrestling League (an Akron area league)Competed in 23 open tournamentsAchieved 18 first place podium finishes, 13 second place, 18 third place, and 10 fourth place finishesThree wrestlers qualified and competed in 2008 Grade School State Wrestling ChampionshipsFinished 2007/8 season with three wrestlers ranked in Ohio Wrestler Top 20 state rankings

Filed with State of Ohio as Non-Profit Organization in Aug 2008. Expect to receive 501(c)3 Letter of Recognition from IRS in early October

Team Kratos, seeks commercial sponsorships for the upcoming 2008/9 wrestling season

Sponsorship is primarily used to offset Team Kratos marketing expenses (e.g. website hosting fees, Hudson Hub Wrestler of the Week Articles)

Unused sponsorship funds will be allocated to fund general operations which include wrestler kits, summer camp scholarships and end of year banquet

All Team Kratos coaches and the Team Kratos Wrestling Club Board of Directors are Volunteers
