To Update the Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plans

Blaine and Hill Counties are jointly soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to update

each County’s Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) Plan in accordance with all of the

Federal Emergency Management Agency’s current standards and requirements.

Anyone interested may get a copy of the specification

from the Blaine County or Hill County Clerk and Recorders

Office.

Blaine and Hill Counties reserve the right to reject any

or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept any

bid which it deems to be in their best interest.

Sealed proposals (8 hard copies; 4 copies for Blaine County and 4 copies for Hill County) must be received no

later than Wednesday, the 27th of September, 2017 at 5 PM MST. PROPOSALS
