=>Pakistan is the 2nd largest salt mine, 5th largest gold mine, 5th largest coal reserves and 7th largest copper mine but unfortunately government is taking loan with IMF.

=>Pakistan has a 2nd largest dams, 3 nuclear reactors and has 5 rivers but load shedding is now become a common basic problem.

=>Pakistan has a 6th largest Army, 7th largest nuclear power and has no.1 strongest Army in the whole world. We have such a powerful Army but don't take any action against Drone attacks.

=>Pakistan is the 7th largest rice producer and 8th largest wheat producer but the concern authorities are failed to control the inflation which is increasing day by day.

Pakistan is not a poor country, it is poorly managed. My dear readers here I want to share some positive information about our beloved country Pakistan and every Pakistani should aware about this basic information.

The main reason behind this all mis-management is our corrupt leaders and our silent people. So wake up Pakistanis. Pakistan really needs you. Its also our responsibility.

" MAJOR PROBLEMS FACING PAKISTAN TODAY"

Pakistan these days is facing an immense crisis in political, social and economic drawback, recently Pakistan is passing through a series of chronic and painful problems include political, socioeconomic, energy crises, security, uncertainty in Baluchistan, day to day suicide bombing, foreign Drones attacks and worst situation of law and order in FATA and NWFP. These all are brain blasting and heart pinching for all true Pakistanis.

Pakistan has been facing many crisis and problems since the time of its independence, but today the number of problems has multiplied to an extreme. From the basic necessities like food, clothes and shelter to the security of lives.

Social problems involve social issues. Pakistan is facing a lot of social problems, which basically involves:

- Low literacy rate - Labor force - Hunger - Poverty - Unemployment - Poor law and order situations; and - Population growth - Diseases - Smuggling - Drug abuse - Prostitution - Deviant behavior - Demographic transitions - Discrimination of Sex

According to an analysis conducted by the government of Pakistan and published at hec. Gov .pk(the higher education commission of Pakistan) shows that the poverty has increased roughly from 30% to 40% during the past decade. Consider that if 40%of a country’s population is earning their life below the poverty-line in which the people are deprived of basic necessities of life such as clothing, shelter, food, education and medication, such families and their children will be forced to think of their survival only.
