Ingredients:
3 slices of bread
6 tablespoons
white sugar - 2
tablespoons per
slice
Half a bowl of
water
Pana Zucchero & Panzenella
Soak the bread with water for a
few seconds.
Rub the sugar onto the bread and
let sit.
Consume when sugar is soaked
into the bread.
Soak the bread with water for a
few seconds.
Squeeze the water out of the
bread and break into pieces.
In the cherry tomatoes, squeeze in
the preserved tomatoes and mix.
Stir in the onion, celery, oregano
and salt for tasting.
Sprinkle with olive oil and mix
thoroughly.
