Extended Producer Responsibility Plan

Brief on general scheme of collection

We have signed an agreement with Exigo Recycling Pvt. Ltd. registered with Haryana State

Pollution Control Board for management and recycling and disposal of all our e-waste.

• As a part of agreement, Exigo Recycling Pvt. Ltd. will collect all our E-waste generated

from PAN India and disposes the same at their plant at 72 Km Stone, GT Road Samalkha,

Panipat, Haryana — 132101

• Exigo Recycling Pvt. Ltd., our e-waste management partner is having all authorization

related e-waste dismantling from HPCB/CPCB and having all connects related to

Air/Water/Hazardous waste. They have capacity of 6000 MT per annum. • Keeping in view our sales volume and generation of e-waste as per our future e-waste

targets and our expansion plan we have decided to follow these mechanisms in our

organization for collection of e-waste.

➢ As per our agreement with Exigo Recycling Pvt. Ltd. if any customer wants to

handover their old product they can reach us or call our E-waste Management

partner's Toll Free No 1800 1025 018. Our representatives explain them about

process of disposal of e-waste and make them aware about nearest drop point

available for dropping of e-waste also inform about incentives, we will offer to

them against their end of life product. If any customer wants to handover the e-

waste from their door steps we do send either our logistics team or Exigo

Recycling Pvt. Ltd. team to collect the items and channelize the same to our e-

waste partner plant for final processing.

We will cover all the states in India.

Specific Collection Schemes:

Buy Back:

We will have a mechanism of incentivizing our customer who wants to return their end of life

product (e-waste), if any of our consumers want to dispose of their products. They can call us

on our toll free number. Once any call received on our toll free number. Our team directly call

them and makes an arrangement to collect the end of life product from their door step and

depending upon life of product. We do incentive our customer.

DRS:

We are not planning yet to implement DRS for our customers. We will intimate to Central pollution Control Board once we will finalize the same.

E-waste Exchange Scheme:

We will run e-waste exchange program where we will create regular mechanism to our end

user to deposit any of their old mobile phone (branded phone are not allowed), we exchange

the same by giving some discount.

Coupons: We can also offer coupons for our old customers and they can take benefit of the

coupons. These coupons can be discount of specific amount or can be a gift to the customers.

New Product: After sales, we will regularly offer our customer about the new product's

availability and offer our customer to exchange their old products.

Proposed Producers Awareness & Allied Initiatives:

Each and every customer is advice and creates awareness about how can we handle the

electronic goods and channelize it to approved E-waste recycler/dismantler as per E-waste

management rules 2016. Lack of awareness among various stakeholders about the ill effects of

the end-of-life products (e-waste), is the major concern in our country. For reducing the

adverse impact on environment and health we need to initiate sustainable mechanism to

create awareness among the stake holders.

Paramount 4U Merchants Pvt. Ltd. will launch awareness programme on Environmental__

Hazards of Electronic Waste under EPR plan implementation. We are planning to provide

financial support for conducting various awareness programmes by Academic Institutions,

Industry Associations and professional organizations for organizing workshops/ seminars for

schools/ colleges/ Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs)/ Bulk Consumers/ Regulatory bodies,

media engagement etc. so that they can provide information regarding buy-back programme

system of Paramount 4U Merchants Pvt. Ltd. and making campaign material for wide

circulation on ill-effects associated with e-waste.

An e- waste awareness manual can be provided to customers for handling e-waste with proper

guidelines as per E-waste management rule 2016.

We also try to provide awareness to all by the means of social media like Facebook, and

providing advertisements and posters so that each and every customer would be aware about

how to handle the E-waste. We will also do following activities:

Workshops:

We will also conduct region wise awareness programme and workshops at specific

period of time and invite various stakeholders to attend the same and we spread

awareness about the hazardous content contains the electronics goods. We will also

educate our stakeholders about benefits of the recycling of electronic goods.

Training:

At the time of sales of the electronic goods, the customer are provide training about

how to use that electronic goods and at the end of the life of each products, it should be

disposed as per E waste management rule and should not be left in open environment.
