IntroductionThese Guidenence used to assist parents in filling a complaint throught the Minis-try of Education and Hight Education private schools portal and in learning how to deal with the system.

The system allows a complaint to be filed for each student enrolled in a private school

The system allows complaints to be filed for every registered student in aprivate schools

Parents with QID1

Registering Process

a - Parent must accept the terms and conditions

a - Parent must enter thier QID which consist of 11 numbers

c- The parent needs to fill all the required details and attachments, to continue filling the complaint parent should start by choosing the complaint category

d- After submitting the complaint , an email and an SMS will be sent to the parent with a reference number

if the parent doesn’t have enrolled student, he can only complaint about pre enrolment.

Parent with passport number

a- Parent must accept the Terms and conditions

b- Parent must enter his passport number

The system allows the parent to use the passport in the following cases only:1- Does not have a registered student in the private schools system and does not have a QID2-Special exceptional cases

Parents without a valid QID2

a - Parents must accept the terms and conditions

The system allows the parent to use thier passport in the following two cases only:1- Does not have a registered student in the private system and does not have a QID2- Special exceptional cases

Parent with passport number

a- Parent must accept the Terms and conditions

b- Parent must enter his passport number
