• Admission Rules and Regulations1. All students will show respect and proper etiquette

while under staff supervision.

2. At no time will students wander away from the Treehouse area unless specifically directed by staff.

3. Parents will sign out students in the presence of two staff members and must call Treehouse phone at least fifteen minutes before pick-up.

4. Inappropriate behavior will be result in warnings. Three warnings will result in dismissal from program without refund of dues.

Fees and Dues

• Monthly fees are 1 child—65.00/mnth 2 children—55.00/mnth each Three or more –45.00/mnth each

• Tution is due the first Monday of each month• $5.00 will be added each month for pick-ups

after 6:00pm at the discretion of the staff.• In the event a child is removed from the

program by the staff or parents, all fees are forefit for that month.

Special Instructions

Any special needs, whether physical or psychological must be communicated in writing to staff before enrollment to ensure staff is qualified to provide level of care.

Any medical devices or medicines must be arranged with the school nurse as Treehousestaff will not administer.
